Return Process

  Log in to your Exporgin account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button next to the product you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
